Edgar Tung, CEO of Tessellation Group, Speaks at 2025 Integral Conversation, Advocating Harmony Between Nature, Humanity, and Industry

On October 30, Edgar Tung, CEO of Tessellation Group and council member of Integral Institute, delivered welcome remarks at the 2025 Integral Conversation in Guilin, under the theme “Universe, Earth & Humanity in Harmony: Designing Systems for a Balanced Future.” This year marks the 12th edition of the annual event, which continues to bring together leaders and innovators to explore bold new pathways toward sustainable development.

Set against the scenic landscape of Guilin, the two-day program features four thematic forums on agriculture, industry, technology and education. Each discussion focuses on how adaptive systems can regenerate ecosystems, support human well-being and strengthen industrial resilience.

In his speech, Edgar emphasized that sustainability requires a long-term and system-oriented approach. As he stated: “True sustainability is about restoring ecosystems, supporting human well-being, and transforming industries to be resilient for the long haul.” He encouraged participants to turn dialogue into action, using the platform to catalyse new ideas, innovative strategies, and collaborative solutions for a balanced future.

As part of the program, Edgar also moderated the thematic forum “Regenerative Land: Where Vineyards Meet Verse,” featuring Dan Fishman, Vice President of Winemaking and Vineyards at The Donum Estate. Together, they explored how regenerative agriculture can revitalize land systems while reshaping the human connection to nature and culture.

As a founding member of the Integral Institute and a proud sponsor of Integral Conversation, Tessellation Group remains committed to creating positive impacts for individuals, planet and ecosystems. We believe that through collaboration, innovation and a shared vision we can build a more harmonious and sustainable future for all.
