qonvolv Ventures Shares Insights on the Future of Global Manufacturing Supply Chain at the 2025 Fashion Tech Summit

qonvolv Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Tessellation Group, joined the 2025 Fashion Tech Summit in Hong Kong on November 10, sharing perspectives on how technology and human creativity can jointly shape the next era of global manufacturing. Organized by Li & Fung with WWD China and supported by the MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node, the summit brought together industry leaders under the theme “The Next Transformation of Manufacturing Supply Chain.”

During the panel “The Next Industrial Evolution: From Smart Manufacturing to Autonomous Supply Chains,” Jacky Yuen, Investment Director of qonvolv Ventures, highlighted that meaningful transformation requires more than advanced tools. “While technology continues to propel efficiency and automation, lasting change depends on solutions that bring out the best in people and enable teams to take ownership of innovation, ”he noted. “Technology should elevate human capability instead of replacing them.”
Jacky also emphasized that empowerment is central to enabling bottom-up creativity. When individuals see themselves as creators—rather than passive users—organisations can unlock new value and build systems capable of learning, adapting, and improving over time.
This emphasis on human-centric approach reflects a shared belief across our family of businesses. We remain committed to supporting breakthrough technologies that can responsibly advance the next era of manufacturing supply chains— one defined by intelligence, agility, and a people-oriented innovation.
