Tessellation Group Launches 2025 Sustainability Report

We’re pleased to share Tessellation Group’s 2025 Sustainability Report.
The report highlights the progress we made across Individuals, Planet, and Ecosystems, and how sustainability continues to shape our decisions, investments, and long-term growth.
As Edgar Tung, CEO of Tessellation Group, stated, “At Tessellation, sustainability is not a parallel track—it is the foundation upon which we build our business decisions and long-term ambitions.”
In 2025, we established our China Textile and Apparel business. More than an expansion, this strategic move enables us to scale responsible practices at the heart of the global supply chain while strengthening our environmental and social accountability.
We also completed our first value chain emissions inventory and product life cycle assessment. Across our operations, 52 energy-saving projects saved 15,000 MWh of energy, while renewable electricity accounted for 19% of our use.
Innovation remained a key driver of progress. We invested USD 16 million in R&D and, together with Exponent Envirotech, launched the Water Environment Technology R&D Centre. Our Waterless Dyeing Technology saved over 480,000 liters of water, while the customer base for our indigo recovery system more than doubled in its second year.
Together, these efforts demonstrate how our commitment to people, innovation, sustainability and excellence is translated into meaningful progress. As we move forward, we will continue working with our teams, partners, customers, and communities to drive positive impact and Define the Status Quo for Tomorrow.
